if I don't keep phone glued to my face just right, my cheek will braze either the mute button, speaker button, or end call! how can I stop this?!
hanging up on customers is not good for business! HELP!

try screen suite. You can get a free trial version or download full for 1.99. It's totally saved my life. Before I got it, I would hang up 3 or 4 times in a conversation. Now I never hang up or mute people.
