talkback,kickback,soundback on miui?

is there any way to get to these settings to turn them on? if so how do i do it? because theres no accessability settings in the MIUI settings menu.

Download launcher pro, press home, long-press any open space on your home screen, shortcuts, activities, settings, accessibility settings. That will place a shortcut on your home screen, click that and you'll be prompted to go to the market so you can install talkback, hit cancel and check the accessibility box. Then you can get the three apps by searching "eyes-free project" in the market.
