Can anyone tell me causing the system wake lock to use so much battery

I've never seen that in mine. Must be related to some app. The thing I'd get rid of would be lookout. But that's just me i guess

Some of my biggest battery suckers according to GSAM Battery are System( blah blah blah) including the one you mentioned. I get 3 or 4 to show up as the top culprits.
