System updates are disabled

Hi, I have Razr MAXX with Android 4.0.4
I want to update it, but when I go to About, "System updates" menu item is disabled.

I live in Netherlands, System version says "672.180.41.XT910.Retail.en.FR"
As I understand, non-US updates are coming some time after US
I've also found this link https://forums.motorola.com/posts/9e912ca283 but no info about 4.1 update

The US hasn't officially gotten the update yet. There was a leak and some got it "on accident." I'm sure yours is disabled simply because you don't have the update yet.

Finally I received a message about Android 4.1 upgrade today. But I clicked "Later" to update when I get home, and now I don't see how I can upgrade it.
"System updates" menu item is still disabled.
