System Update?

For the past couple months, every several days my phone will alert me that there is a system update. I click "install now," and it tells me the phone will reboot in 10 seconds. It never does.

When I go into my "about phone" section on my phone, it says my system is currently up to date. I don't understand why it keeps telling me there is an update or, if there is, why it won't install.

Does anyone have any answers as to what's going on?

I've had the same issues myself, both with the system update to Android 2.3.4 and the current update HTC and Verizon are rolling out now. The only fix - according to HTC - is to do a factory data reset. When you start the phone back up, the most recent updates will automatically install.
