Sync iPod playlists?

I've just come over from a Blackberry, and while most aspects of the Android platform are ridiculously improved over BB's aging infrastructure, I haven't been able to find an easy way to sync my iTunes to my Droid.
I have a playlist set up just for music on my SD card, and since it's the same card as was in my Berry, all the music is there. I can plug the USB cable in & mount the device in storage mode, then move files/folders across, but I can't figure out a way to actually Sync the playlists - I have a half-dozen "sub" playlists I'm always moving music in & out of to keep it under 10 gig, so I have room on the card for ROMs, Apps, Backups, etc.
Is there an app that does this? Like a Droid desktop manager?

Missing Sync works also. It's not free, but let's you sync other types of data also.

Double twist app and you can go online to download the desktop app. Also, let you transfer all your iPod subscribes to. Check out.
