I have an Incredible 2 and would like to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. I don't have the money to eat the Verizon cancellation fee and buy a new phone, so I've been trying to find out if it's possible to use the Incredible 2 with T-Mobile. I looked online and found this thread where it seems like mrcrispin accomplished that.

Is unlocking the phone the only thing that needs to be done in order for this to work with T-Mobile?

Thanks in advance!

sure you can use it on t-mo if it's unlocked, but really only as a phone and wifi. you won't be able to get 3G though since t-mo and verizon operate on different wavelengths for their 3G.

I recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile and made the mistake of getting a Nokia Windows based phone. Is there a way I can use my old Incredible 4G LTE with the T-Mobile SIM card? Can I just pop in the card and it'll work? Some help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm honestly not sure, I don't think they would be compatible. Which model did you get?

Note 3 ~ 5s
