Swapping Batteries

I've seen the commercial & did a search <didn't find anything>...can you swap batteries with the droid on??

yes, it's a fairly typical cell phone battery (albeit larger than most).

You can't swap while the phone is running it anything like that. That commercial is a jab at iphone, because their batteries are built-in like ipods. If the battery croaks, they have to send them in to get replaced. We just get another battery and carry on.
