Hi everyone, names Ken, Call me Monk

Friend of mine just got an X and hes pretty tech retarded so I do most of the fun stuff. Plus ill HOPEFULLY!!! be getting one in Dec sometime so the more I know the better.

I Just finished rooting the thing and am looking for advice on what to do next. I just backed up the imageso what now? What should I remove from it that came pre installed? How do I do it? Unleash the mad scientist in me people lets go.

already found my way over there, good stuff going on. Found out how to use the adb stuff a little.
