Sudden terrible signa problem. l Not sure if its related to .608 update.

I have never had a problem with any signal with any phone in the past 9 years with Verizon. (that includes my crappy BB storm) However, lately I have no end of complaints from people that I'm breaking up. It has become impossible to talk on several occasions with people and in locations that have never had a problem. Last night in one call I noticed I had 1 white bar during the call. Actually, every time the call connected the signal dropped to 1 white bar. As soon as it disconnected it jumped up to 4 blue bars and 3g. I was able to repeat this over and over. Stepping outside seemed to help, however, the signal has always been good in the house. What up?Could it be related to the recent update?

is your battery in good shape? when they get old, tend to get discharged faster and intense activities like calling make other systems go bad, including getting bad signal. check if the same happens with the droid connected to the wall charger
