Stupid question. How do I start an app after downloading?

I got my Fascinate yesterday and LOVE it!!! I just downloaded Missed Message LED, how do I find it after it has downloaded and how to I add it to the one of many screens on the phone?

Click on the app drawer (bottom, center of the screen). It should be in the app list .
They're alphabetical.

Actually, the pre-installed stuff is alphabetical. All the new apps installed get put at the end in the order of installation. That's in the known issue list.
