Stuck on the Samsung screen?? help!!!

Hey. My galaxy s3 is stuck on the Samsung screen. The word itself still flashes blue and white. Is there any way my phone can be fixed? If so, how?? It has been like this for about a week.. any way of getting my phone back??

Yes that's it, are you rooted or straight stock, also if your able to get in recovery and your stock try a factory reset in the recovery
