Stuck on Nandroid backup?

alright, so as it says above, my d2g is stuck in recovery trying to do a backup! should i just do a battery pull? looking for a quick answer. ive never had this happen before and ive done plenty of backups with this phone on this firmware! help!

Anytime my phone locks up I do a battery pull as a last resort. So far, no dangerous consequences have occurred. Try at your own risk, but that's what I would do.
