Stuck on Hboot

I don't know what's wrong with my phone I just rebooted my phone and it went into safe mode... and I rebooted again and now I'm stuck in hboot and I can't even navigate it using the up and down volume. Anyone know how to fix this?

Just grab a piece of screen protector, cut it to the size of your sd card.slide it in underneath the sd card. This should allow you to navigate to "restore". As soon as you click "restore" slide the plastic out and you'll be able to restore!
