Stuck between M and Flash Screen

I wanted to unroot my phone and then re-root it. I had read that it could help with lags and FC.
I had no problem getting back to stock. Then I flashed LGB 3.2 and now I am stuck between the M and the flash screen.
Any ideas?

What recovery did you use? Did you wipe data and cache? Wipe system and Dalvik?

Recovery: SPRecovery
After I posted this message I did a factory reset and I now do have access. Thanks, I really appreciate your offer for help and your quick response.
