stuck at Verizon screen

Well I rooted my phone and it went good then went into CWM to run a back up it said ran into error backing up system image so I rebooted and now I am struck at the Verizon screen. tried to restore but the mds is mismatch whet did I do and can I fix it?

Try downloading a rom putting it on the sd card and flashing it in cwm. If that fails probably have to Odin back to stock.

back to stock know to reroot not sure why I got the errors in CWM but thanks.

That is why I always use TWRP on my S3, does backups like hot butter, smooth as silk.
