Stuck at M logo

I was trying to do some things with a new ROM i just installed but I'm now stuck the M logo for over 20 min. I've done a battery pull and I'm downloading the SBF. How do I install it

Do yourself a favor and read this: maderstcok - OTA 2.3.340 update.zip

Try stok recovery first. Pull battery, put back in, hold power and home button, release home at M screen, wait for triangle, press search key, then wipe data/factory reset, reboot
