Stuck at M at boot and nothing works!

HEllo, I hope someone can help.

I rooted earlier today and all seemed fine. I tried to install the leaked update Droid 2 2..3.1.5 but didnt seem to take, then I got stuck in some loop. So I did a hard reset (hold x and power down then search key on keyboard and tried to wipe data/factory reset) which may have been a mistake. That all completed fine but when it rebooted it got stuck at the M logo. I've tried many battery pulls and nothing seems to work.

Any way to get my phone back?
