Strange thing going on with ZT.ART & Go Dev

I recently noticed that ZT.ART is relisting some of the Go Dev Team's Go SMS apps in the same category, Communication. In the description it even says "created by Go Dev". I noticed cuz they are the same apps I have purchased from Go Dev but the ZT.ART versions show that I havent bought it. (Though a lot of people have) The Go Dev apps are still showing in that section, both in the Top Paid subsection, but the ZT app has a higher listing. Even if ZT is the same company as Go Dev, which it doesn't seem like it, they wouldn't be double listing their apps.

Does anyone know what is going on??
