Storing Pictures

After a having a blackberry for the last 3 years. i just purchased the Motorola Droid 2 Global.

Does anyone know how to store pictures, or an app that has the ability to store pictures in such a way that they are not easily accessible to any who views the galleries?

Is there a way to make certain galleries private?

you can create a folder called ".nomedia" (minus the quotes), whatever is inside this folder, will not be visible in the gallery.
