stock theme for apex?

Theme for apex?......just wondering cuz I like the blue blur!!!!!and would like to have the functionality of apex. Not crazy just obsessed!
 
there is no blur theme available for apex atm. keep in mind this is an AOSP rom... i think mobile_sensei may have had a blue theme out for apex RC1 though..
