Stock mail app signature for reply & forward

2.2 finally has an option for a mail signature in exchange. Doesn't work for replies or forwards. Do you know of a ROM that has the stock mail app fully functional. I know I will have to root, but, I gave Verizon every chance. I don't like Touchdown and K-9 doesn't agree with our exchange server.
