Just picked up my HTC One and love it. My question is, when using the stock browser and I hit the home button to exit does it stop the browser from running in the background? Just want to make sure so I dont go over on my data plan.

Go to BlinkFeed settings and set it to update only on wifi.

I did set BlinkFeed to update on wifi only, thanks. So when using the stock browser and hitting the home button, the browser won't be still running in the background. I'm use to Dolphin browser which pops up the exit option when using the back button. I'm just going to stick with the stock browser this time around and want to make sure it doesn't stay running in the background.

I believe it's "running." There's no close option. But it's not really using any of your data once the page loads the first time.
