If by stock lockscreen you mean Blur Lockscreen and not AOSP, then no I don't believe so. But you can turn off animations within the "Spare Parts" app preloaded on your phone after installing ApeX.

Well it technically IS the stock AOSP theme, just not Froyo. And stock Android is the sliders you see in Apex. The ones that came stock out of the box are the motoblur ones and I'm not sure exactly how you'd edit them back in although I'm sure if you knew enough coding you could do it.
