Sticky animations

I'm running 1.5 and I feel like my animations are a little sticky. Anyone else have this problem? Any ideas on how to fix it?

sorry i didn't elaborate. and i got a sexual reference out of it, yes! anyways, by sticky i mean they look as if they are being drug across a sticky surface instead of a smooth one, so in other words, they aren't as smooth as i think they should be.

Go to Settings>Liberty Settings>Spare parts, and set both animations to fast.
