sqlite3 via adb shell ?

I'm trying to use sqlite3 using an adb shell but can't seem to find the command on the phone. I'm running rooted 2.2 on a droid incredible. Does anyone know if this is possible ? The book "Pro Android 2" seems to say it's possible.
