OK, I know the topic title may be a bit confusing, wasn't sure how to state it.
Here's the issue. I've had the Razr MAXX HD for a month now. I have received 3 updates since getting it, including the latest 9.16.6 (4.1.2). Suddenly yesterday evening I noticed that if I am reading an email and touch on a area of text while scrolling, the text is highlighted by an orange box and read aloud. Even when simply touching a blank area of the email it is highlighted and says "clicked" aloud. I've also noticed it doing this at times while using Foursquare. I can find NO settings anywhere that would seem to control this. It's very annoying and I'd like to make it stop.
Any ideas/suggestions?
