Speakers filled with ice cream.....

So, I just dropped my phone in a bucket of melted ice cream. It doesn't appear to be too badly effected (I assume because the substance was thick it didn't get in the phone too badly?)
But the only thing is that I can no longer hear people on the phone when they call and my sound is super quiet (ringtone, music, etc). All the buttons work, the sound works with head phones, just the external speakers appear to be having issues. I assume that the ice cream got in them and has now kind of gummed them up. Is there some way to fix/ clean this?

Welcome tom the forum

I suggest you wipe it off as well as you can and exchange it as it may never work correctly again.

LAst resort would be to try to flush it out with some type of "cleaner". Maybe try compressed air first, then some solvent(water ?, electronics cleaner)
