Soundboard Generator

I am in no way a programmer, and don't know the first thing about it.

Is there an app out there anywhere to generate a soundboard? I want to make my own, but have no idea where to start.

For now, I just put a bunch of sound clip MP3's in a folder, and made a separate playlist for each sound, so that I could put playlist shortcuts on one of my home screens. This is kinda lame though, so I want to make my own soundboard.

Any ideas?

So I found Sound/b/oard (make your own) It only cost $0.99, but it's not what I was looking for. It's very much generic.

Anyone got any idea's on how to make a nice looking soundboard without programming knowledge?
