Sony Xperia Z Dipped in Sulfuric Acid for 5 Seconds Comes Away Fine! Really, Really!

Wow! Sony has been touting that their new Xperia Z phone is super-tough, but we had not idea it was this tough! In the video above we get to see a demonstration of the new superphone being dipped in Sulfuric Acid for 5 seconds and coming away unscathed!!! They even demonstrate a spoon being dissolved by the acid ahead of time, just to show us the demo was "real."

Of course, this video went up yesterday, so you should probably take it with a dash of salt, using your fake spoon that is made to dissolve in warm water... ;)

April Fools. The spoon is a gag magic prop made of gallium. I'll leave it to anyone who cares to Google it.
