Someone plz help!! root apps dont detect my rooted droid.

For some reason when i use "set cpu" or "rom manager" app they dont detect my droid being rooted, and my phone is really slow because im using ultimate droid's custom rom. someone plz help!!

Do you have the superuser permisions app? If so do any of the things llisted have a minus symbol next to them?

i have the superuser permission app but when i go on it all i get is a blank black screen.
