Some camera set now missing

I have noticed that a lot of my camera setting are now missing. When I first got the phone there was so many settings that I had to scroll some of them up from the bottom of the screen. Now there is only about a half a page of setting. Also there is no way to adjust the brightness now when taking a picture, before all you had to do was slide a little slider to brighten or darken the picture before you took it, now that option is gone.
Anyone else motioned this and where did they go?

The Samsung cameras disable some features when other are enabled. Selecting things like auto ISO disables some. Try de-selecting some of the auto setting including anti shake.
