For what did you lose it? All or just for the sift keys?

Go into settings: personal: sound settings and the toggle for haptic feedback is in there.

You've gotta give us a bit more information. First thing that came to mind is that your battery fell below 20%, and the stock battery saver for MIUI goes in to effect at 20%. IIRC, the settings in this are initially set for a few different things to be disabled, one of which being haptic feedback. Again, not sure entirely of your situation, but yeah..
