Is there any app or method of keeping track of all the apps you've downloaded? So you dont have to find and reinstall everything after a rom update? Thx.

The Market keeps track and there are several apps that can use to backup your data and apps Astro, MyBackup Pro, and Titanium.

titanium is the best. it also backs up app data and the market will recognize your downloads for updates.
