Trying to get the state farm hottub jingle on my droidx. Anyone know how to?

Assuming you have the mp3 or ogg file already, make a folder named notifications on your sd card and put it in there.

I have my sd card set up as follows:

Media
/Ringtones
/Notifications
/Alarms
/Video
/Wallpaper
