Ever since that Verizon update released my phone has told me to update. every time that i try during the update it says 'error' and reboots phone. my phone then tells me the update cannot be installed because there was an 'error.' thanks for that wealth of information. now it is bugging me on a daily basis to update my phone. but an error always occurs. I have factory reset my phone and problem continues. I cannot find any forum stating this problem. tried to get support through the vzw website but stopped before i threw my computer out the window. Worst website ever. anyone have any ideas to what the issue/solution might be?
