Slow LTE anyone else

Lately i've been having stupid slow 4g lte verizon. Here are a few speed tests

1st test .89 down and .9 up
2nd test .67 down failed to upload
3rd test ping 717 .16 down and failed to upload

wifes IPhone 5

1st test 2.9 down
2nd test 3.45 down
3rd test 7.33 down

Im on unlimted shes on 2g a month, Mine is always going in and out of 3g and 4g. I cant remember having this much issue with speeds on my bionic and that would speed test almost always over 10mbps

Im around the Charlotte,nc area

I just achieved the following with a Galaxy S4:

1st test

10.032 download
8.304 upload

2nd test

6.428 download
7.185 upload

this with an indicated 4G signal

I'm located in Greenville SC.

I am usually over 20k on up and down. In the nyc area. Would take a ss but dont know how on this phone. On an unlimited plan

There are two ways to take a screen shot. #1: press the Home and Power buttons at the same time. #2: if enabled, do a palm swipe from left to right
