Slow droid x

Okay im sure this is already on here but im having trouble finding my exact problem with a good solution. My phone, my girlfriend's phone and my dad's phone (all droid x) have become slow and started being slow at around the same time. Everything my phone does is delayed. I have factory reset it and cleaned data. None of the phones are rooted. Any ideas?

Delete any task managers or antivirus's (including lookout) installed on the phone then reboot.
