Skype for Motorola Devour

Hello

Is there any program which I can install on Motorola Devour with Android 1.6 , and can use this program to
connect to Skype , connection over WiFi , and so that this program will make VOIP phone calls through Skipe . ( not like
Skype_Lite_Beta_1.0.0.5.apk , it makes phone calls over connection to local phone numbers )
Why I can install on Motorola Devour with Android 1.6 Skype mobile™.apk ( Verizon ) but not Skype_1.0.0.614.apk -
Skype_v2.5.0.108.apk ?
