Size/Length Limit for Custom Ringtones?

I got my custom mp3 ringtone down below 30 sec. and 300kb using both audacity and Ringdroid, but it still only plays 10 seconds before looping back when my phone is called. Is there something I'm missing, here? Please help!

Figured out most of it. Having the "Roaming Notification" turned on not only causes a voice to announce "Verizon Wireless" before the ringtone kicks in, but it also causes a loop every 10 sec.

That said, it still rolls to VM a bit too soon for my taste. Is there a way to set how long the phone rings before going to VM?

I believe your phone only rings for 40 seconds until the call gets sent to voicemail so theres no point to make a ringtone longer than 40 seconds
