Since update of firmware my wifi disconnects on n off!!wth?!

Ever since I updated the firmware in my phone (droidx1) my wifi decides wen it wants to work or not. Its not my service, its the phone. Is there anyway I can fix this issue? I don't use phone service, I just use wifi. PLEASE HELP!!!

Does the droid x even have N wifi? I know the OG droid doesn't....
