Simple Request

Need to switch the Cyan BLUE clock Icon in the status bar back to white just like it was in Gingerbread before the ICS update.
I have tried a few apps, but they changed too much other stuff in the status bar and I could no longer see notifications.
Is there a hack to change it back like it was?

I'm curious for what reason? I know if you root and install a custom rom, you can theme it gingerbread.

Because I have crappy eyes with inoperable muscae volitantes in each eye and cannot SEE the Cyan Blue. Thanks
