SIM application gone?

Hi all,

I just noticed that sometime in the last week the SIM setup app seems to have disappeared! I used it when I first got my phone the setup the APN for O2.

Went to use it again and it had gone! I have not knowingly uninstalled it!

Trid using Astro to search for it...I found "STK@ Sim Tool Kit" But I cannot run it.

Any ideas?
