Shrink Wallpapers?

I searched a few times and couldn't find an answer. Is there any way I could shrink a wallpaper so the whole wallpaper gets shown on one screen? I know you can disable wallpaper scrolling in LauncherPro but the wallpaper still gets stretched out.
