Shouln I sbf

Should I do an sbf. I downloaded a chicken photo and the screen went black--nothing, so I did a battery pull and it seemed to work for couple of minutes. Then it hung up-- no buttons would work- another battery pull and now every link button has a red square background. I typed this mess and will see if it goes thru

You can try, try doing a factory reset first though

Well, you can try to sbf. You usually only do it if you're rooted, however I have done it from stock because I was having some left over rooted issues.
