Shortcut for Text String

Is there a feature or application that allows you to store text so it can be retrieved via shortcut key?

For example, could i save my email address so when I am prompted to enter my email address (anywhere, in any app), I could use a shortcut key to paste my saved email address instead of having to type the entire address every time.

I know I can copy my address and it will be available to paste until I copy something else or reboot the phone, but that solution is limited to only one "copied" text string at a time. What if I wanted to be able to quickly choose from multiple, different text strings?

I know there are SMS programs that offer editable quick text, but is there anything similar that would work across any application?

you should be able to go into setting>language & keyboard and enter anything you want in the user dictionary, then when you start typing for example your email address it should popup on your word suggestion row.
