Does anyone know if I can use my Motorola bluetooth wall charger to charge my Droid 2 safely? It does fit & says it is charging...

Does anyone know if I can use my Motorola bluetooth wall charger to charge my Droid 2 safely? It does fit & says it is charging...

I use it to power my Droid dock and have had no problems. The output is 5.0v and 550ma. The spec on a USB port is 5.0v, 500ma. I've had my Droid for 15 months, have used this charger about 1/3 of the time. It will just charge a little slower than the 850ma charger. Most of the time I use the 800ma Verizon travel charger.
