Several reboots a day. After Factory hard reset - still not being nice to me!

I am running a Bionic 2.3.4 and I was checking on my root the other day because I was unable to get my mobile hot spot to open. After all day (I am a no-tech-type) I finally just hard reset to start all over. Here is what my phone has listed in the "downloaded" application list

FoxFi (but I Just installed that about 10 minutes ago - so it is not the problem)

So - any ideas??? Since all of the ones I downloaded are "new apps" as of yesterday - I am at a loss.

No- it will be sitting on the desk not being used and I hear the droid reboot process start up. Then I bang my fist on said desk...
I forgot to say it is system version 5.9.905

As you can see by the apps - I am rooted. I figure I would to see what verizon bloatware I could get rid of - but I have all the bloat active. I have nothing frozen with Titanium at this time

i would sbf back to .902 then take the .905 ota . see if that fixes it. this phone never been wet has it?
