Settings is gone?

I flashed sense theme for the DX 4.3.2 and now I can't get into my settings and the icon is missing from app drawer. Any ideas why?

Well I reinstalled 3.4.2, I then rooted, deodexed, and applied sense theme with transparent status bar. Still no settings on the phone at all. Has anyone else ran into this?
