Setting Custom Ringtones

Using the app Mabilo Ringtones when I first got the phone I was able to use a ringtone I'd downloaded from that app and now I can't remember how I did it! Sounds & Settings doesn't show any ringtones that I've downloaded from apps or online.. I just downloaded a ringtone from the phone browser and it finished downloading and plays, I just need to figure out how to use it as a ringtone.

Help anyone!?

With Mabilo, you have to go into the app, select your downloads and set it from there. If anyone has figured out another way to do it, please share here! That's the only way I have figured out to set ringtones from that app.
